ABA appoints new Safety Manager

Ms Dhalia Burhan has been appointed as Safety Manager. Her previous experience as a consultant with Iraqi Airways and IKB but also as an instrument- rated commercial pilot have equipped her with the required skills to understand the relationships between management, risk, safety, quality and human factors. The position will involve implementing the Safety Management System (SMS), the Emergency Response Plan and continuous improvement programs, and applying Quality Management System (QMS) processes.
