ABA attends the ABCC 40th Anniversary Gala Dinner

Dhalia Burhan Aviator Director of the Al-Burhan Airways and Yasmin Aziz Al-Burhan Group UK Office Manager attended the Arab British Chamber of Commerce 40th Anniversary celebrations. The Gala Dinner took place on the 14th of November 2017 in the prestigious location of Whitehall’s Banqueting House in Westminster, London.
The event began with salute by the Royal Household Cavalry and was led by notable speakers, namely: Dr Afnan AlShuaiby Secretary General & CEO of the Arab British Chamber of Commerce and The Rt. Hon Baroness Symons of Vernham Dean Chairman of the Arab British Chamber of Commerce who gave inspiring speeches about the history of the Arab British Chamber of Commerce and its efforts to promote trade between Britain and the Arab World.
Three prestigious Guests of Honour graced the Gala Dinner: H.E. Ahmed Aboul Gheit Secretary General of the Arab League, H.E. Dr Abdul Latif bin Rashid Al Zayani Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council and The Rt. Hon Alistair Burt MP Minister of State (Department for International Development) (joint with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office) who shared their insights about the current politics and economy in the region of the Middle East as well as the ever-developing ties between the United Kingdom and the Arab World.
The evening was successful and served as a great occasion to network with both British and Middle Eastern individuals, organisations and companies and to promote the name of the Al-Burhan Group on the international level.
